These terms govern your use of Brand Studio AI ("the Service"), operated by Sh1ft (Shape Mob ApS), Denmark. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Brand Studio AI is an AI-powered brand creation and management platform. We provide tools for building brand identities, generating content, managing brand assets, and ensuring brand consistency across channels.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service
- Create brands that promote hate, violence, or illegal activities
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal use
Plans & Payments
- Free tier — limited features, no payment required
- Paid plans — billed monthly or annually via Stripe
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll be fair
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
Intellectual Property
- Your content — you own everything you create in Brand Studio AI. Your brands, guidelines, generated content, and uploaded assets remain yours.
- Our platform — the Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, and features, is owned by Sh1ft (Shape Mob ApS).
- AI-generated content — content generated by AI tools within the Service is yours to use. We don't claim ownership over AI outputs created for your brands.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that AI-generated content will always be perfect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sh1ft (Shape Mob ApS) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
- You can delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- On termination, we'll delete your data within 30 days (unless legally required to retain it)
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
